In this first blog I want to share with you about this new season I’m at and some principles that can help you to start walking in each dream and each new season in your life. Are you ready?
Before starting, I want you to know that if you have a dream, something that keeps you passionate and time seems to fly while you’re thinking on it, it is a God-given dream and have the confidence in knowing that you were born to fulfill it. It all begins when a second person believes that this dream can come true and that person is you; the first person is God. He doesn’t only believe in your dream but He also wants to be a part of it. Remember: Your dream, is God’s dream.
I want to share with you three ingredients for the beginning of this new stage in your life.
This is the first one:
1. Faith
According to the bible, faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
I love this, being certain of what we don’t see. I believe this is the starting point where we can trust that our dream will come true.
Let me explain it this way. I don’t know if you are a father. but even if you are not you can understand that when one of my little girls gets sick and we have to take her to the doctor, there is this confidence in me that the doctor has enough knowledge to deal with any sickness, resolve the problem; I am certain of it. Something similar happens when you are about to begin a new chapter in life. Many times we want to start and we don’t know how, which way to take or what is the correct first step, and we even feel stuck, confused and going nowhere. Well, here’s the answer to this first step: go to the doctor, but not your regular doctor. Run to Jesus. Give Him your beginnings, your dreams, what you hope for, have the certainty that this dream was designed by God Himself and put all your trust in Him. Believe it!
Having faith is believing, there is power when we believe correctly. I want to finish this first part with this in which i base my faith: Jesus is not against you, He is for you. He is so interested in each area of your life, in the small and big things, in the beginnings and the endings, in the victories and the defeats. His work is for you to have success in your life and he wants to walk with you along the way. We just have to allow Him to do it.
Believing correctly is what illuminates the way to start any new step in your life.
